Ok, I just got a tax rebate.
Need a nice looking silver or grey metal finish single speed chainset.
What is the best looking one that is available new?

in my opinion it's the sugino 75 but not with the zen chainring. It's fit. Get your own fucking pictures! black and silver both look good depending on the application.

you can get the Miche one that look quite similar;

White industries are some of the nicest looking cranks around. nice and simple.

That said....my old dura ace chainset for my glo-pro will be sweet when i'm done with it....;)

Where did you get it from scott? I was after an old DA track crankset but couldn't find much.

hilarystone on ebay has a DA chainset at the moment i think.

its a part of a groupset though :/

I ended up with road cranks, was just curious.

I got it from a guy on here last week....been looking for one for a while...perfect timing...almost brand new DA 46 tooth ring too.

Pantographed/drilled chain rings always look good esp on campag. The champane 75s are NICE plus the new roadie white industries look good. Beware the Pauls as you're stuck with propriety chain rings. What ever you choose as long as it doesn't have colouration, cos you will rub on it showing up the silver underneath- making it look tired before its time.

Vintage Campag pista 165, the most handsome chainset ever... While they've technically been out of production forever, you can probably turn up an NOS set at the likes of Tour de Ville
