Tips for polo

i just playeda few times last year before it got too wintery to play. i am going to try to be playing a lot more this year, but i was hoping i could get some tips on setting up a good polo bike. sizing, gearing, bars, stuff like that.

my bike is not made what so ever to be a polo bike, but it does the trick...after a month or so, i'm now aware of exacly what i need to do. i reckon just come out on what you have and feel it out.
