Hmm, I've measure the current tube and It's only around 125mm total, so I guess I'd need spacers. Have you got any spare?

mine is like 105 and its 2cm or so short. -

Your head tube is 105? Wouldn't that be perfect with a standard stacking headset of like 38mm or so?

dont stack, my original fork steerer is even shorter with more thread.
plus i can pull the stem that few cm lower -

These have a really short steerer. 147mm, 17mm of which is threaded. Low stacking headset on a small frame you should be OK.
