Having had my Langster stolen from my shed (my first foray into fixed riding). I made a claim through Barclays House Insurance - they were fantastic and the claim settled within a week. Ordered a frame through Bob Jackson and 10 days later I'm the proud owner of a new bright orange frameset which I can't wait to ride.
Must admit that I considered going for a Condor Potenza, but then thought that I should invest my money in a British frame builders and keep the money in the UK. Can't fault the helpful service I received! A big recommendation.
