I think 58-60 is a bit small for you, mine is a 63cm and I'm only 6ft

Yes, for regular frames.
I have heard mentioned (and it makes sense to me) that for lo-pros, it is better to size by the effective top-tube length... the seattube wil be longer than on a similar-fit regular frame. (and correspondingly shorter seatpost)
Anyway - despite the weak pound, you are unlikely to get a track Lo-pro posted to Germany for £220. UK prices are pretty high... Good luck though - someone in germany may read this! -
