Obv you're interestd in getting the most value (be it cash or a trade). So as fruitbat suggests, sign up to ebay (have to learn someday), follow their instructions to sellers, put the clips up with a reserve price (maybe £10) and you might get a high price from someone who likes collecting old bike bits.
But in my opinion, a pair of metal toeclips like that are simply pieces of metal in a useful shape and the value of those, to someone with this opinion will probably only be £10 max.
