help please! I found this lo pro frame on the bay and kinda want it, but only if it fits.

I cant really tell how low this is without the forks on it. All I know is you can go bigger with a lo pro than yr usual ride ?? Im 5' 8 (and its 58 ctc, ctt) What are chances? I currently ride a 55max.
