You need to establish if it's cracked first. It's hard to tell from the photo but, as I said before, if a crack appears in the paint then you'd expect that to come from a crack in the frame beneath it. Prime heretic's advice is good, a tap should give you an indication. If you do know a good LBS, and someone like Bikefix would be my choice, then take it to them and get them to assess the damage.
Had you noticed any damage to the powdercoat before? It might be that it was already there and you didn't notice until after the accident. (Fingers crossed).
