Crash-damaged steel frame / bent steerer / dinged tube / dead forks

It's rare for a crack to appear in just the paint, sadly. You might not want to look at this link. There is no harm in continuing to ride it but if it is cracked then, ultimately, the same fate will likely befall this frame.

Someone like Mario Vaz or Witcomb can replace a tube for not very much, i.e. less than £100 including a new powdercoat.
