I give all my old tubes to Continental, where they re-label them as Continental Top Slick tyres or something..

You could inflate the road tubes and stretch them, they stretch pretty big...

i've got some which i will gladly donate. in november/december i was getting punctures like mad so i started saving them to watch them pile up and remind myself of what an idiot i am, but i'm over it now.

what are you using them to make? i can ask my mate who works in a busy LBS to keep the old tubes for me.

scott have you thought of getting some car inner tubes... or tractor ones ? the old wheels used to have em. still see em around
they are far bigger one piece of rubber and gives you more freedom to do what you like.

i tell you what, i'll look in my local garage monday sometime and let you know.
i dont have a car either, i just know about it cos i used to have to cut the tubes into extra big bands to tie kindling together, the source of my pocket money at the time :)

I've got a mtb tube knocking about and you're more than welcome to it.
