Bad luck - got your fingers burnt!
Perhaps post in the 'OTP thread' to warn others..
Where did you buy it from - the importer?I bought it direct from Felia, 2 guys called Sean and Yazz run it, on the second outing, the pedal ripped out of the crank arm, they sent me a free replacement but so much has gone wrong since, it was the least of my problems

Not fit for purpose, get your cash back.

Hell yes - get trading standards on them if you must.
**Proving the fault **
Under the Regulations where a fault occurs with goods within 6 months, starting on the date you took delivery, and you request a repair or replacement, or if that fails, a full or partial refund, then you do not have to prove that the fault exists. The trader must prove that the goods were not faulty in disputed cases. After 6 months has lapsed, you will have to prove that goods are faulty, for example by obtaining an experts report. (see "'Using an Expert'" )http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/wirral/support/support1.htm

Please stop saying hello in every available thread and tell us something else.
Thats the way forward, at 30 I should've known you cant cut corners and get away with it.
These Felia guys really should be shut down and run out of town with a spanked bottom for being very naughty boys
