If you had a licence you might be in a position to voice your opinion, but as you haven't got one, you a) cannot have ridden anything bigger than a 125 anyway, and b) know fuck all about motorcycles and how they ride.
If you did you'd know that a Vespa is more fun to ride than pretty much any "proper" motorbike. And a smallframe like my old blue one outhandles absolutely any other bike on the road.
