Not exactly what you're looking for, as it is annoyingly old Cinelli (26.4), but I have a brand new (NOS) 100mm black stem with a really novel bar clamp bolt. The bar clamp, instead of using a standard pinch bolt has no gap; the bolt is hidden and looks really clean. I have a set of Cinelli bars (44cm) that could go along with the stem. Or you could shim it to 26.0 or 25.4.
