That is saying then that you do not believe there is an inherent right to wear (or not) what you want when cycling. (excluding say for example a long skirt that may get caught and cause an accident).

I was trying to explain (badly) that I felt the right to wear a bike helmet or not, is less important than the right to go out at night without being raped.

ED: I demand my right to cycle in a long skirt be respected ;)
