For Sale: Large Raleigh SS 531 tubing. Wanted 56cm fixed gear

Not really a trade, more of a sale based upon what's offered. Wasn't really a prefix for that though.

My housemate has a large Raleigh single speed conversion for sale. He's selling because it's too big for him and he wants to ride a fixed gear instead.

531 tubing and is large, around 60cm seat tube.
New brown charge spoon saddle.
Rear brake only.
New black bar tape.
It's not got a single speed freewheel, it's running on the old gear cassette.

I've suggested this to him in the past but he doesn't want to deal with 'all that hassle'.

hah! less than an hour sorting out the bikeis defintely a hassle, especially going down to a bike shop and get an already build rear wheel for the bike.

That's what i've said to him!
He's been trying to convert two bikes recently and got charged a fortune by the bike shops and the end product was the one he wants to sell now. The other one had a crack in the seat tube and got chucked, he got charged for them taking out the bb though i think.

Right, he's bought a fuji track so the Raleigh is up for grabs without any catches

frame+fork (and maybe seatpost) £50? don't need wheels etc... dibs?
