What is the 'point' of a lo-pro frame? Or, I guess, what makes it different, better, etc than just having a normal frame with a larger variance between the height of the seat and the handlebars?
Guessing but maybe a normal frame with a headtube that small would just be a small frame, which would then have too short a top tube. Although you could just have a small frame with a longer than usual top tube I suppose and get the same effect?
