For Sale: Campagnolo Record Pista wheels

Camapgnolo Record large flange pista wheels. Absolutely beautiful, perfect for a period build, 32h rear - MA2, 28h front - Weinmann, both clinchers, 700c, rims match nicely.

Front is ex Tony Doyle(!), tied and soldered. Both are built 3x, rear is Sapim Race d/b, brass nipples.

Sorry, I am new and the personal messaging deas not work for me! I have at least spend 48 hours on the site apparently. I am trying to reply but I just cannot do it.
I had a deal with skelator because moreears etc... was not answering but now I do not know if I still have it. If not I would be glad to buy your ones. I am serious but it is not easy to reply without personal messaging.

Obviously the top was not enough, bottom bid is £60! You would pay that on the bay for the rear hub on it's own :-)

That would make 60 + the difference to ship to Amsterdam, right? If so, I check with Skelaton and if that deal is gone (apparently it is) I will PM back. Just to be serious with him :-)

moreearsthangears has said £60 is the lowest bid he has gotten so far, and it is not enough.

Hi, just to tell you that at the end I had my deal with Skelaton. Have you sold your ones at the end? How much was the final price? Just for curiosity.

What price are you looking for these wheels?

This isn't a giant complaint more of an irritation, But im not a big fan of turning these threads into auctions on the forum. Just state how much you are looking for whatever you are selling and sell it. Ebay is for auctions. Auctions just seem inherently unfriendly.

It's also helpful to others on the forums when deciding how to price items they are selling. For example I've got a set of Campag wheels like these that I may decide to sell in the future and I wouldn't mind knowing the going rate!

Agreed agreed, either ask for offers over x amount (keeping it public), or set a price.

What's wrong with asking for offers, have I broken a forum rule here?
