Not sure. Did you want to come and have a look?

The rear isn't pretty, but it does fit onto a road frame and it is sturdy. So does the job for a polo bike. To be honest, I've been running it with a 700c on the front too! The pair are £10, so the price of the tyres and inner tube alone if you look at it that way.
