my best mate was knocked of by a car last month! knee cap smashed and a huge chunk of of the other leg! 8 months of recovery but a least he is still here!

I too am glad your news was long and detailed. It means a lot for us to hear you have been through, and that how damaging this accident has been to you is a salient reminder to us all that none of us are invincible... As wiganwill said, your courage is inspirational. It's great to hear you have good things to say about the Royal London hospital, especially as you were there so long.See in a week or two for a pint I hope.

I think that is amazing. I commend you. Details all the way, it just proves to people that despite how fragile we are physically, we can get through it. Congratulations and the best of luck on your bicycle hunt, get the eff out of the gym, get some fresh air =)
