Its a Velo creation for Halfords. Originally had padding and horrible stitching on it but looks pretty sweet now, quite comfy too despite how it looks.

Think the bmx cranks are Kooka which is a brand probably better known for mtb stuff so i guess they are officially probably dirtjump cranks. The axle is 19mm and splined (48 splines maybe) so they are quite typical of bmx cranks.
