I tend to agree.. the way he conducts himself in London's famous London is appalling and a little worrying. I think he should be locked up and I've created a petition to arrange this..

No, I think you are right. We are working on collecting video evidence of this kind of behaviour but he's so far proved very hard to capture on film due to the way his flesh bends visible light..
