I don;t have an angle-grinder to lend but, a couple of years ago someone tried to nick my bike, but they failed. When I got back to it my key wouldn't fit, there was no way to unlock my bike, I needed help. I tried the police, they basically said "waste of our time", tried the fire brigade, they said "We're not allowed to that any more", tried a hardware store, they lent me a petrol powered angle-grinder. It took about 30 seconds to cut through the d-lock, loads of sparks, girls running past screeching, no one accused me of thievery though.
Anyway, if no one replies, try and borrow a petrol powered angle-grinder from a hardware shop.
