you can try drilling a hole through the post and then inserting a steel bar and try getting leverage that way. if that fails you might have to take the frame to a frame builder ideally (as they would have some sympathy or understanding of cycles) and have them heat the tube. i had this happen to me and that is what witcombs did. my frame tubing was columbus SL
