Nope, only the wheels were locked to the bike rack.

i'm sure mesenjah has seen my bike which has far cooler full-length mudguards anyway.

I'm going to buy a full length read 'guard soon. The one I've got works, just not as well as it could. I'm sick of having a wet arse and full length ones actually look better than the easy-fit removable one I've got. Will ave to get a race guard for the front though 'cause my new forks don't have 'guard eyelets :(
