I spoke to Bob Jackson last week who said measure your inner leg 32.5" and minus 11 inches. That gives you a 21.5 frame. Which is a 54cm.

Don't take that as gospel though.

This sounds pretty good. I'd have thought either a 21,5 or a 22,0 depending on what top tube length you would like.

I've got a 20,0" frame with about 5" of seatpost showing. Fits my 30" inseam 5'7" total height really well.
