Classical music and an insomniatic head

can you have a quick peep at her CD collection and tell me the good'uns

I wouldn't know a destress CD if it ran up and bit me in the arse

if you type in

'instrumental sounds of nature', they have a selection, you can choose which ones there are, she has 'the rainforest' and it is cool actually, i put it on as well (although not cause i have problems sleeping, but think it sounds pretty cool)

Beat Stress: Relaxation for you, this was another one she bought, they have a 'beat insomnia' cd with sheep on the front as well, type all these in on ebay and you can get them on there for a few quid, if you dont use ebay i think they sell them on amazon

but you have to be open minded about these cd's (like not feeling embarassed) otherwise they will just become coasters for alcohol ;)
