update: shit for skids, played a game of polo on them last night and they've skidded through to some kind of yellow inner colour, doesn't seem to be any puncture protection after that as i got a puncture today despite pumping them up to the suggested psi this morning.
avoid if you're going to be skidding a lot.

Bought a pair of these last night before the an alleycat, two hours later I'd skidded them down to the threads! Admittedly, Birmingham roads aren't great quality, but two hours is a piss take.

^check the posting times, he probably went trough them and/or they gave him a bad time, so he came to the ^ conclusion. nice to let us know, since people often tend to hype (only?) their equipment, lacking comparisons and/or ignoring obvious flaws. (and i don't take me out of this either, i love my gear, innit?)

The original Twin Rails are a dirt jumping tyre—*i.e soft. Of course they're going to be shit for riding fixed on the road!
It's just a marketing gimmick
got one that's exactly the same colour as my salmon-pink frame, been riding it for a few weeks now. it's a really comfy ride, that twin rail shit takes a lot of the bump out of the ride, i keep on thinking it's going flat because of the lack of bumps sometimes, haha. skids quite nicely too, & gives quite a nice squeak, think it'll take a while to skid through.
