  • Gray's of Westminster in Plimlico. Great service and advice, the place looks the part (all wood paneling and cameras displayed in old glass cabinets). They have flags outside the shop!

That is a great store and right next to the Churchill, one of my fave SW1 watering holes... Chimes is a few doors down too... That's my old neighbourhood...

  • What's this for, Slamm?

Just doing some research for work (I work for a retail company) - have been asked to try and gather info on what makes people return to certain stores.
    Tough market at the moment!

This is all good peeps, keep it coming

  • Rough Trade East. It has a good selection of music. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the shop is big enough that I can browse without feeling like I am being watched [which is how I feel in the smaller Rough Trade].

Apple Store. It just invites you to touch everything!

UMIT & Sons. [Lower Clapton Road] It is an oddity. Makes me feel like I could get lost there and find myself in some 50's B-movie!
