Gray's of Westminster in Plimlico. Great service and advice, the place looks the part (all wood paneling and cameras displayed in old glass cabinets). They have flags outside the shop!
http://www.graysofwestminster.co.uk/That is a great store and right next to the Churchill, one of my fave SW1 watering holes... Chimes is a few doors down too... That's my old neighbourhood...

What's this for, Slamm?
Just doing some research for work (I work for a retail company) - have been asked to try and gather info on what makes people return to certain stores.
Tough market at the moment! This is all good peeps, keep it coming

Rough Trade East. It has a good selection of music. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the shop is big enough that I can browse without feeling like I am being watched [which is how I feel in the smaller Rough Trade].
Apple Store. It just invites you to touch everything!
UMIT & Sons. [Lower Clapton Road] It is an oddity. Makes me feel like I could get lost there and find myself in some 50's B-movie!
