That is aching to be built up with a blue deep v (front) and pink deep v (rear)...or even a pink rear arrospok for ultimate pastelly-HHSB goodness...
I'll pass though.

Naah - too big for ya probably.
If you read the OP - the seller is 5'6"-5'7" and selling because it's too big. -

I suppose it depends on your leg size - I rode 23" frames for years but when I measured correct leg length it works out that i'm more suited to 21". Others I know around the same height lave longer legs and need a larger frame. Best to go to one of the sites that give you frame sizes based on this.

Lack of lugs, shape of drop-outs and fluted seat stays make me think it is not a Carlton so it must be Claud Butler if you say it's one or the other. But I can't be sure. I have four Carltons and it seems most unlike any of 'em. Still a very nice frame though. Now't wrong with Claud B of the period; I would guess early 70s. Too small for me. Just as well. Why do you need another bike, dearest? Wouldn't you rather spend that money on me and the kids?

I have put some more pics of the forks fitted as there seemed to be some confusion about the forks being different than the frame.

I have this and I may want to sell as it's another frame I can't take with.
It's a bit stickered up on the seat tube.
£70 or bits....
Fixed back wheel, pedals, a lovely jacket, love, hand job.

Replied Matt....
use baby oil and we have a deal.
Claude Butler 531 frame - 23"
I used it built up as a fixed then had it resprayed earlier this year with the intention of rebuilding it. However I am now riding smaller frames that are more suitable to my size 5' 6 -7".
I also have the forks and headset but I had given the guy 2 frames to respray and he got these mixed up and sprayed them pink. I was going to respray these myself but haven't got round to it.
The frame is beautiful lugless and absolutely smooth brazing at seams.
I'm looking for around £100
I'm in Maidstone but will be in Hackney over Xmas.
