Mudguards

I'm sure I once saw on here a Turbo saddle with a built in expendable rain guard, It was great because you couldn't tell it was there when it was retracted.
I've tried searching for one on the internet for ages but no one seems to know about it.

I remember it being around in Japan, but it's not a Turbo, think it's a Kashimax.
