Forced ventilation turbo saddle information

Strange use of English- a turbo-charger is a method of creating forced induction, as is supercharging.

Forced Ventilation sounds like a translation error, but is probably a cunning joke.

No help I know, I shall fetch my coat.

A case of english as used by someone in Italy, for whom English is not their first, second or probably third language......so such usage can and does occur, i suppose.
