Are OTPs approaching custom standards?

OTP = Off The Peg = Off a production line.....so to speak.

Which in turn, is the opposite of Custom Made.

But there is the obvious customization of any bike, even OTPs.

Its the duscussion of merits of each that's being dealt with herein.
