Specialized Tricross Sale

As a newbie here I read the thread with interest and ordered (with some trepidation I admit). Looks like I bagged the last 56!

I think I will need to change the tyres. Any thoughts as to whether I can put 23 on? Sheldon seems to indicate that 25 is about the narrowest I can go.

Out of interest, when did you order that?
