Canal boat. Plenty of booze and whatever else you might like. Potter from pub to pub. Moor up overnight outside one. Drink. Back to the boat for whatever you fancy after...poker / strippers / gimp masks...

Somewhere equidistance between London, Manchester and Wiltshire - round midlands /rugby area there are lots of canals
An outdoor activity (horse racing, dog racing, mushrooms) - check (though 'activity' in the sense of sitting around boozing)
A good few pubs - ideally one with a late license - check
And cheap accommodation - check
