Lo-pro's are about as 09 as it gets..
The tubing is Columbus. I can't remember which one.
I wouldn't want to split the frame from the front wheel as it was a bit of a pig to sort out a non-tub 24". I do have a spare 24" velocity aerohead rim if you're interested though as I had to buy a pair.
