Our flat had someone lined up to move in to our space but she's pulled out due to funding cut. It's a great space and cheap as chips but the real benefit is a second space (office/studio/workship). Description below, let me know if interested.
A new resident is wanted to join our spacious mansion block flat in Clapton. The flat has a lovely lounge, entrance way and kitchen but what really makes the space attractive is the person moving in gets a workshop/studio/office space in addition to a double room. Details have changed somewhat with flatmate now moving out at end of Jan rather than December
The flat is a friendly and social space and we are looking for someone who is house trained and whose cultural horizons stretch a bit further than next week's episode of Coronation Street.
