  • Hi, does anyone know where I can get a french 107mm BB?
It's kind of crucial for my bike to be finished..

  • SJS Cycles ?

  • you want a british made french threaded BB?!?

  • No....
Sorry... the guy giving me all the info has made me all confuzzled
    I'm looking for a 107mm french bb

  • BSA is 'British Small Arms' , could be 35mm diameter

  • Tell us the serial on the frame

  • 22201

  • it is 35 mil... i just measured it.

  • or BR. N 22201 B/75

  • You've got me so confused now,
you need a French, BSA(which is British) bottom bracket..

Take it to Chamberlain in Kentish town, they'll help you, i think you've over complicated something.

  • i've seen a plastic BSA bottom bracket in the bottom of pugueot (french frame)

  • another idea is that you use one of those threadless BB's, although not sure if you can get them in 35mm, so would have to shim it out (dodgy)

  • Nah, ross, listen to me.
    forget the BSA.
    I need a french 107 mm BB
    simple.

The guy who sold me the frame was chatting some shit... but i went to holloway cycles to find out what 'nationality' the BB was. It's french..

  • God, that's not that hard to find then.
    Ye arse

  • Well not as hard.

  • Yeah..
I just wanna find a BB that isn't phil wood...as the Phil Wood ones cost 80 quid plus...
