We have a big freeze on getting freelancers in at the moment like most agencies but having said that are always on the lookout for people with good Flash, Final Cut Pro, etc. skills. Basically any digital media skills when it comes to build/design for online creative - could be banners, rich media, viral, etc..
If you have those skills and would like to PM me an online folio and CV/rates then please feel free. Perversely we're still very busy as our sector of the industry is still growing (although perhaps not as rapidly as it was) as clients pull more budget from traditional media into digital. Although being busy the freelance freeze is more due to the fact we're part of a large networked ad agency, the freeze being more relevant to the rest of the agency and sister agencies than us if you get my drift.
Where/who are you guys trying out of interest (in terms of recruitment/freelance providing agencies)?
