I love the kissing idea except I fear we'll have many broken noses by the end of the day.
I have requested from Mike that he enforce the "one member of the team must be a girl or dress like one" rule (however if you are in fact a girl you do not need to dress like one). However Mike is Mike and thinks "dressing up is dumb". So because Mike is tougher, more manly, and generally hard core-er than all you ladyboys, that is, so far not a rule. However I am still working on it.
At least lipstick and knickers....
