I'll stand by the Onguard Mini Bulldog.
It's just a a centimeter longer than the krypto evo mini but is double locking, only costs £25 and is basically rocking.
I've got a krypto evo mini and one of those.

obviously an angle grinder will churn through it speedily but, it's inexpensive and good quality.
