Bar end shifters and Cable stop (is there such a thing that fits onto/over DT shifter brazeons, anyone?)** - you mean these? (we've got some at cavo, cheap like)
** V Brakes, levers that'll work em (will levers for calipers not work?)**
not usually, though you can get 'roll-a-majigs' that'll make em work, but still not great. go cantilever!
** Racks (front bosses are low-rider I think... how do I tell?)**
lowrider rack bosses should be 160mm apart (from centre of eyelet on back of front dropout to centre of fork braze on/drilling)

actually i have two pairs of spd pedals if you want em, double sided ones, shimano M540's (good) and some cheaper shimano ones.
