If this Thinkpad is still available I could be interested. I've got a Toshiba Satellite with similar spec but its power socket is shagged and I've been quoted £85 for soldering it up, plus the USB ports have died so I have to use a card adapter.
Is the power socket on this thinkpad in top condition? My wife's thinkpad seems to have a pretty robust connector.
