I think I'll use my flop for a bigger cog so I can feel it when I'm having a high energy day. That's the ratio I'm on but I get to 25mph and can't physically move my legs any faster! haha.
Altthough, I just moved off the super light frame onto my Raleigh frame and I'm feeling the difference. I think there might actually be something wrong, felt like I have brakes on the bike that were constantly on!
