Training motivation

me too, it was sweaty!
I was thinking although it looks nice outside, it's actually cold and windy as fuck, and there are twats in cars everywhere. I have no guilt as it's the only way to get that sort of intensity into an hour.
I did it on rollers though, like a man.

Meh.. you can't use rollers for proper hard work. Even when the turbo is bolted to the floor I'm near take-off velocity :P

Worst bit? The fucking PT didn't record a fucking thing from the turbo session. Murder death kill!!! Fscking technology toss.
