  • mdizzle - yeah I did last night, I'm very new to bothering to train (cos I'm getting older and it doesn't come natural anymore) and I didn't fully understand the regimes. At the moment I've worked up my own basic interval 30 min sessions. I'm running a 48/18 gearing fixed only, so a lot of the training regimes online don't really apply.

    I'm sticking to regionals this year, breaking myself back in gently - 33-39 cruiser class. Mostly for fun, thinking of trying a couple of 4X's as well. I noticed in a couple of the trakie threads that people are now using rollers to warm up trackside for BMX as well.
