They do seem to have an image problem. Above that they can be built into a very light, fast and nice handling bike. I owned one a few years ago in their alloy fork days and once the forks was changed to carbon it was a very good ride. Gave a faster ride on the road than some of the old steel stuff which seem to have over inflated views!
