Right, so, I got my new bolt, and yep, you guessed it. It shredded it. So My beautiful, complete bike can't be ridden because I can secure the seat. JOY! But, I have a plan that doesn't involve Mercian and a blowtorch. I'm going to take it into the metal shop at Chelsea and re-drill it. Then insert a same sized rod, tapped on either end and used a nut and bolt on one side and something else on the other side to allow me to tighten it, because its not your normal seat pin fastening. I'm hoping that will work, and I think it will. Because if not, the alternative (Mercian) is fucking expensive and time consuming and sad because I just want to ride her.

However, I've taken a picture of it with a seat in (albeit SUPER low down) so you can see it, and hopefuly understand why I'm so frustrating. The colours are all a bit lighter in the picture thanks to mr flash and not having photoshop at hand, but it gives you an idea. Sorry for the clutter in the back ground. I don't have much room going spare...

P.S. I'm thinking I should go for a baby pink saddle rather then the fluro red/pink rolls. And put the rolls on my other ride. Its a really quite different pink too the rest of the pinks, even the grips (which I may change for baby pink Champs).
