    Just a thought cos it's never happened to me.

    well normally when something like that happens im riding in a dangerous manner or stupidly, but that was entirely not my fault, he was just tailgating me because i overtook him, then didnt pay any attention when i slowed down.

    EDIT: he hit me at about 8 maybe 9 MPH so its nothing because of me riding like a silly bugger (which for once i wasn't) its literally because he looked away from me. you cant blame me for "slowing down too fast" as the driver said what logic is that?. so i can slow down but only at a gradient of -50%
    or some other bullshit. i ride like a reckless teen a lot of the time, but im much more careful (if that makes sense) while doing it. if im riding under 10 MPH then i don't expect to be rear ended or have a collision
