No reputable wheel builder will (or should) re-use spokes. There appears to be no nipple on the spoke at the rim so maybe a specialist tool required to install nipples?

Right in that case, how much/where should i look for new rims, spokes and nipples?

Sorry lets refrase the question.
Id like my wheel/s rebuilt. But i personally cant get hold of the rims and have very limited knowledge of wheel building. Im looking for a specialist wheel builder that people on londonfgss trust and use. I know of blb, but is there a better place to go?

try revolutionwheels@yahoo.co.uk
he's the man that built the trigon team wheels. I think he's got some of those rims in stock or he's placing an order at the moment.

ps. your magnet is too close to your rim.
Hi All,
I have a set of deep carbon rims as seen below;
These are made (or at least labelled) by Trigon.
The front wheel runs perfectly (or as good as) true and its in excellent condition. The rear carbon rim has cracked and needs to be replaced.
Does anyone know of a wheel building who will be able to re-use the spokes, hubs and cassette holder and re-build the rear wheel? I have take the wheels to my LBS and they are not able to do this for me.
The wheels are extremely light, IIRC the front with Conti GP weighs just over 550g
