You can't do ^that^ with RX-1s though.
RX-1s and many other pedals (including Sylvans like those above) have 2 holes on the rear plate. These are there to run doubles straps though.
The difference is it's a little trickier to get in...
...but once your in it's more snug, and you pull more with your feet/less with your toes.
